Click your mouse on "Emotional/Affective Symptoms," and sections devoted to such topics as Anxiety/Fear, Anger, and Depression appear. Click on "Depression" to see subsections such as Dysfunctional Cognitions, Behavioral Facets, and Mental Dullness. One more click, and the screen displays words and phrases that help you hone in on a client's precise description ready to copy and paste into your report.
