Jenny McKay worked as a journalist in magazines, newspapers and television as well as international aid agencies. She is Lecturer in Journalism at the University of Stirling where she is a member of the Stirling Media Research Institute. She has taught journalism in several universities and was a founding member of the UK Association for Journalism Education. She is a member of the Society of Editors and of Women in Journalism.
