H.M. Tuihedur Rahman, PhD is an environmental social scientist with expertise in environmental governance. His internationally focused multidisciplinary research intends to theorize institutional development and change in complex social-ecological systems. Ashlee-Ann Pigford, PhD works at the intersection of governance, innovation and public value to inform strategic directions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
