Jonathan Passmore is an award winning and internationally respected chartered psychologist, Professor at Henley Business School, Senior Vice President, EZRA and past Chair of the British Psychological Society Coaching Psychology Division. He has written and edited over 40 books, including The Coaches Handbook Series with Routledge, Coaching Tools Series with Libri and the Wiley Blackwell I/O Psychology Handbook series of eight volumes. His work has been translated in to multiple languages. He has also contributed over 150 book chapters and 100 peer review journal articles to the field. His recent titles including Becoming a Coach: The Definitive ICF Guide (2nd ed) (Springer, 2024) and the International Handbook of Evidence-based Coaching: Theory, Practice and Research (Springer, 2022). Prior to his current roles Jonathan has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and OPM.   Lucy Widdowson is an accredited executive and team coach, and a graduate of the Henley Business School, MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change programme. She is the co-author of Building Top Performing Teams (Kogan Page, 2020 with Paul Barbour) and has acted as an advisor to the International Coaching Federation on the development of team coaching competencies. She currently runs her own team coaching business, as well as being a tutor of the Henley Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching. She also regularly speaks at webinars and events on team coaching.   Paul J. Barbour is an accredited executive and team coach. Paul’s interest in the psychology of teams began during a successful 20-year career as a senior leader in Kerry Group PLC, one of the world’s largest food and ingredients businesses. An award-winning student on the Henley MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change, Paul was also awarded ‘Best Newcomer’ to Personal Construct Psychology at the 14th Biennial European Personal Construct Association Conference. Paul is a writer and speaker with strong interests in conflict resolution, human needs and team coaching. He has recently co-authored Building Top Performing Teams with Lucy Widdowson on team coaching. Paul is also a lead tutor on the Henley Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching.   Katerina Kanelidou is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), director of Six Steps Ahead, co-founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance and of Coach Activism, and faculty member at the International Coach Academy. Based in Greece, she works with leaders and their teams from around the world supporting them to create healthy and high value workplaces, and positive sustainable change even in the most adverse environment. Katerina was one of the Subject Matter Experts that contributed to the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, currently serving as the co-leader of the ICF's “Team and Group Coaching„ Community of Practice, and is often a guest speaker at international conferences on coaching and leadership. She is a graduate of the University of Athens, the University of Barcelona, and the International Coach Academy, and holds a Master’s in Dramatherapy.
