Dr Tamara K. Hervey is a Lecturer in Law, at University of Manchester, UK. She is the author of a book on sex discrimination in employment and has contributed to a number of titles on European law. David O'Keeffe is Professor of European Law and Director of the Centre for the Law of the European Union, University College London, UK. He is consultant on EC law to Coudert Brothers and has written widely on various aspects of European legal integration.
