With over 25 years of experience, he has managed International Development and Aid Projects, PMO establishment & management, quality management, and strategic management in the nonprofit industry and public and private sectors. He has been PMP-certified since 2009 and has published his research in reputable journals. His research interests include project management, quality management, nonprofit management and leadership, and supply chain management. Noorliza Karia is a Professor of Logistics and Operations in the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). As a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, her expertise encompasses Logistics, Operations, Quality, Halal Logistics, and Supply Chain, among others. Her scholarly contributions are widely recognized, with numerous publications in esteemed journals and citations from international scholars. She generously contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for ISI and Scopus index journals. Recognized as a leading logistics expert by the World Scientist and University Rankings 2024, her journey exemplifies dedication to meeting national demands and sharing expertise for the advancement of her field and community.
