Catherine Stothart is a Leadership Coach with 30 years’ experience in leadership development. She has coached and trained hundreds of managers in the private sector and in education to engage and motivate their teams and manage and develop themselves. Her current multinational clients include Airbus and Google. She delivers workshops (in-person and online) to management teams and speaks to professional groups (eg CIPD, CIMA). Catherine previously held posts in HR and Learning & Development in Ford Motor Company, Mercury Communications and ICL. She is widely connected with an international network - extending to Europe, the USA, Australia and New Zealand - through her role as Director of Events for the British Association of Psychological Type (BAPT). She speaks at conferences internationally, both in person and online. Catherine has also published Motivation: The Ultimate Guide to Leading Your Team (Routledge 2023) and an e-book Communicating with Positive Impact and Influence (Bookboon 2021). Catherine is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a BA (Oxon) in English, an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, and qualifications in coaching, and psychometric testing.
