Strengthening International Regimes

Daniel Serwer is Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He was previously Professor and Director of the Conflict Management and American Foreign Policy programs at SAIS. He has taught there since 2010 as well as previously at the Foreign Service Institute, National Defense University, and George Washington and Georgetown Universities.
