This edited volume harnesses African expertise to examine the local and global dimensions of peace. Joseph Adero Ngala is Professor of International Relations and Diplomacy at the United States International University Africa, Kenya.

Rachel Julian is Professor of Peace Studies at Leeds Beckett University, UK.

Jonathan Henriques is Research Fellow at the South Sudan Center for Strategic and Policy Studies, South Sudan.
