His work epitomizes scientific data and theoretical foundations of education including work and skills development. |Itumeleng Setlhodi - Editor| is an associate professor in the school of Educational Studies, college of Education, at the University of South Africa. She is currently acting Director in the Academic Quality Assurance and Enhancement Unit, within the Vice principal Teaching and Learning office. She supervises Masters and Doctoral students within educational studies field. She holds a Doctor of Education qualification. Research interests are in educational leadership, adult education, quality assurance, mentorship and coaching, higher education, and gender.
