lt;b> Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai holds a PhD from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. MACS in anti-corruption; LLM international human rights law, LLB in general law. and BA in English language and sociology. He is a civil society practitioner and a lawyer in Sierra Leone. He is Acting Head of the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, University of Sierra Leone. His recent publication is Freedom of Information and Good Good Governance: the Curse of Corruption in Sierra Leone (2021), Palgrave  Macmillan.  He is the Chair of the Political Affairs Cluster of the African Union's Economic Social and Cultural Council.
