George S. McClellan is Professor of Higher Education at the University of Mississippi. Judy Marquez Kiyama is Professor in the Center for the Study of Higher Education, Department of Educational Policy Studies and Practice at the University of Arizona. Her research examines the structures that shape access to educational opportunities.
