Owen's Great Day is a children's rhyme that describes one day in the life of a young boy. Owen is shown performing daily functions from the time he awakens until he goes to bed.Vanessa Lyman Withers enlisted in the U.S Army after high school. Upon completion of that enlistment, she attended the Ohio State University and earned a bachelor's degree in health education followed by a bachelor's degree in nursing from Capital University. Post college, Vanessa once again served in the military as an officer in the army reserves. She then went back to the Ohio State University and earned a master's degree in public health nursing. Vanessa worked as a school nurse for eleven years. Through that experience, she has come to believe that much of the success of children depends on positive choices made early in life.Justin Mario Withers is the son of the author. Justin has been drawing various cartoon figures for many years. He graduated from Kaplan College and took classes in two-and three-dimensional design. He had also taken classes in studio art and computer graphics. Justin is looking forward to illustrating many more books in the future.
