Dr. McPherson has more than thirty years of experience treating children and adolescents in community mental health systems. She supervises residents and fellows at LSUHSC-Shreveport. She consults nationally and internationally on forensic matters, including acting as a mental health subject matter expert for the Department of Homeland Security.
