David Needle was a Senior Teaching Fellow, Associate Lecturer and Consultant at King’s College, University of London, UK. He is a graduate of the University of Liverpool and the London School of Economics and has previously taught at Queen Mary, University of London and University of East London, UK. Jane Burns was Principal Teaching Fellow at University College London, UK. She is a graduate of the UCL Institute of Education (IOE) and the University of Reading and has previously taught at Kingston University London, UK. Prior to entering academia, she had a long career in the IT industry.
