Dr Karim El Hiani is an Assistant Professor at Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Morocco. He received a doctorate in Applied Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from the Faculty of Letters and Humanities in Rabat, Morocco. He has published a number of academic articles in the areas of intercultural communication, language teaching and learning, ESP and quality assurance. Dr Naima Trimasse is an Associate Professor at the department of English Studies at Ibn Zohr University, Morocco. She holds a PhD in Education from the Faculty of Education, Rabat, Morocco. Her research interests include second language acquisition and language teaching.
