lt;p>Serena Giusti is Head of the Programme on Eastern Europe and Russia at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, and Senior Associate Research Fellow at the Institute for International Studies (ISPI) in Milan, Italy. She has worked for the European Commission, Unicef-icdc and OSCE. She sits on Advisory board of Women in International Security (WIIS) Italy. She has extensively published on the EU's external relations, Russia foreign policy, international security and disinformation, securitization of cultural heritage.
