The practice of communication

In this book, the techniques of communication used by the proximity police are discussed. This police force is not a new police force, but rather a new approach, a new working method. Community policing works according to the principles of 3P and 3C. We have also taken out the qualifications that the population has attributed to the community police. Some suggestions and recommendations were made to the provincial authorities of the Congolese national police and more particularly to the commissioner of the community police in Mbuji-Mayi in the province of Kasaï Orientale.
