lt;p>David Lai, Ph.D. is Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the George Washington University. Previously, Dr. Lai was Research Professor of Asian Security Studies at the Strategic Studies Institute of the U.S. Army War College, and Professor of International Security Studies at the U.S. Air War College.
