He serves as a Guest Editor to five reputable journals.Kola Labayo Kazeem is a Professor of Adult and Non-Formal Education with about 30 years of teaching experience. He is the current Provost of the College of Education, Ilesha, Nigeria, and a consultant to the World Bank, UNICEF, NMEC and UBEC.
