Lee M. Caplan is a partner at Arent Fox in Washington DC specializing in international arbitration, public international law, and international investment law. He is also an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining Arent Fox, he was a legal assistant at the Iran – United States Claims Tribunal, and an attorney-adviser at the US Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser.
