Voices of Challenge in Australia’s Migrant and Minority Press

lt;p>Catherine Dewhirst is Senior Lecturer in History at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She has published on the transnational connections of the Italian migrant press, life histories and internment memories. She is co-editor with Richard Scully of The Transnational Voices in Australia's Migrant and Minority Press (Palgrave, 2020). 

Richard Scully is Associate Professor in Modern European History at the University of New England, Australia. He is the author of Eminent Victorian Cartoonists (3 volumes, 2018) andBritish Images of Germany: Admiration, Antagonism & Ambivalence, 1860-1914 (Palgrave, 2012), as well as numerous studies of the history of cartoons and caricature.
