Designing Your NIC Experience

Designing Your NIC Experience is designed to help smooth the transition into college as well as equip students with strategies for success that they can use throughout college and beyond. Its aim is to promote the academic excellence and personal development of all students whether students are (a) transitioning to college directly from high school or from a full-time or part-time job, (b) living on or off campus, or (c) attending college on a full-time or part-time basis. Whatever their previous educational records may have been, college is a new ball game played on a different field with different rules and expectations. This book will help students who haven't been so successful in the past to become successful students in the future, and it will make those who were successful students in high school even stronger in college.
