Pauline Allen is Professor of Health Services Organisation in the Department of Health Services Research and Policy at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and co-deputy director of PRUComm. Kath Checkland is Professor of Health Policy and Primary Care in the Centre for Primary Care at the University of Manchester and co-deputy director of PRUComm.
