Haitian Refugees And The Rule Of Law

The author of this work argues that the United States has failed to live up to the requirements of the rule of law in its treatment of Haitian refugees, and that this failure is directly linked to confused foreign-policy objectives and the racist attitudes of government officials. The book also explores the theory and strategy of constitutional and statutory challenges to the US government's mistreatment of refugees.
