Sarah Knox is a Professor in the College of Education at Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI, USA. Her primary research topics include the psychotherapy relationship and process, training and supervision, and advising relationships and processes. Clara E. Hill is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, USA. Her major research interests are helping skills, psychotherapy process and outcome, training therapists, dream work, and qualitative research.
