Dr Gang Chen is the Chair Professor and Director of the Center for Social and Economic Behavior Studies at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, China. He received an MA in Anthropology from Iowa State University, USA, in 1993, and a PhD in the same field from the Ohio State University, USA, in 2000. His main research interests are in the areas of business anthropology, food safety and culture, development anthropology and cultural tourism, globalization and culture change. He has received numerous research grants and has published substantially both in the USA and in China.Dr Robert Guang Tian is Director of the Institute of Business Anthropology and Professor of Marketing at the Business School of Shantou University, China. He received a doctoral degree in Social Anthropology from York University, Canada, in 1996, and an MBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada, in 1999. Dr Tian has received numerous research grants and published many papers and books. He is well-known among academics and scholars around the world, in the field of business anthropology.
