Part 2 ITS requirements in the context of the NII: ITS information service content; NII support for ITS user services; metropolitan communications requirements; why build a dedicated ITS communications system?. Part 3 Technical issues: intelligent agents; international implications of ITS standards development; compatibility issues for geospatial data - the need for Federal policy.
