Sarah Callahan received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science from DePaul University, her Masters' degree and doctorate in Community Psychology from DePaul University. Her research includes substance abuse and aftercare, the microeconomics of substance abuse and incarceration, and reducing barriers to reentry for marginalized groups. She teaches classes on substance abuse and mental health at DePaul University, and has been working with formerly incarcerated substance abusers for over 10 years.
