Robert J. Driver, Jr is a retired Marine Lieutenant Colonel, author of 12 books on Virginia and Maryland Confederate soldiers, and an autobiography of his Marines Corps career, which includes two tours in Vietnam. He was the President of the Rockbridge Civil War Round Table for over 30 years, and has written numerous articles for the local newspapers on Confederate soldiers. He lives in Brownsburg, Virginia, USA.
