Fully standardised on-screen assessment and instant scoring - administered in just 30 minutes.
The Access Reading Test-interactive is purpose-designed for on-screen, wide-range standardised assessment, for ages 7 to adult. The test is available in two parallel forms, A and B: both forms are provided on this CD-ROM.
- Clear, engaging presentation and easy navigation
- Provides parallel forms A and B to allow reliable re-testing and progress monitoring
- Pinpoints strengths and weaknesses in four key reading skill areas: Literal Comprehension, Vocabulary, Comprehension requiring inference or prediction and Comprehension requiring analysis.
- Automatically calculates standardised scores, percentiles and reading ages
In depth reporting with individual profiles, plus a comprehensive range of class and whole year group performance analyses and reports
- Provides an optional 'extra time' assessment facility, for examination access arrangements
- Flags reading ages which are a year behind chronological age
This is a stand-alone, single-user program, and comes with a two-year licence. It is not designed to run over a network (a network version is available separately). A comprehensive User's Manual (supplied as a pdf file on the CD-ROM) gives full information on how to use and get the most out of the system.
