This is the second of two volumes of the proceedings from the 30th International Wittgenstein Symposium in Kirchberg, August 2007.

It contains selected contributions on the Philosophy of media, Philosophy of the Internet, on Ethics and the political economy of information society. Also included are papers presented in a workshop on electronic philosophy resources and open source/open access.

Herbert Hrachovec, born 1947, is associate professor of Philosophy at the University of Vienna and member of the University s academic senate. Alois Pichler, born 1966, is a member of staff at the Department of Culture, Language and Information Technology (AKSIS) at UNIFOB AS, Bergen, Norway. He is Director of the Wittgenstein Archives at the University of Bergen. He is member of the Executive Committee of the Austrian Ludwig Wittgenstein Society.
