It explains the advantages of broadband wireless and where it constitutes a best solution, and it also delineates the unique difficulties, challenges, and limitations of broadband wireless. It does not attempt to summarize all knowledge relating to digital radio services or public packet networks, but provides essentials for planning and running the networks and indicates what kinds of specialized services should be secured to ensure the success of the undertaking.
