Dr. Ross Conner is Associate Professor, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, School of Social Ecology, and Department of Medicine, School of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Conner’s research interest is in the evaluation of the effectiveness of public and social programs, particularly health promotion programs, including HIV prevention. Dr. Luis Villarreal is Professor of Virology in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine.
