Jane Wellens is Head of Researcher Development at the University of Nottingham, UK, responsible for leading the training and development of researchers across the university. John Marriott is a Bibliographic Researcher at the International Centre for Guidance Studies at the University of Derby, UK, where he undertakes research on a range of career and education related topics.
