A Ph.D. candidate at the University of Lancaster, Mr. Kolle holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany. Alex Tarter works for Ultra Electronics in London, specializing in UAV and aviation security projects. He holds a master's degree in engineering from Imperial College London and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Lancaster University.
