TARA KENNEDY-KLINE, A Berks County, Pennsylvania, native, Tara Kennedy Kline is an Allentown Parenting Examiner, a certified Dream Coach®, and the owner of Tara's Toy Box™, a toy wholesaler dedicated to serving and supporting charitable and philanthropic programs. In her late 30s, Tara was diagnosed with ADD. She struggled with anxiety, depression and loss—her brother died of a heart attack at 19 and her mother fell victim to leukemia at age 57. Finally, when she discovered her son had Asperger’s Syndrome, her life turned around. In a process that gave the title to this book, she learned how to communicate with him—then wrote a book to communicate what she had learned. In her own words, "This process saved my family, it saved my marriage and it saved my life. Now I want to give that same opportunity to everyone I touch. One conversation at a time." Today, Tara lives in Pennsylvania with her two sons and her husband, Chris, who was her high school sweetheart.
