From the author of Burns for Every Day of the Year, a sumptuous, illustrated hardback diary containing an eclectic selection of 52 poems, songs and letters by Scotland's National Bard, Robert 'Rabbie' Burns.
Robert Burns is one of our most commemorated poets and songwriters, whose words resonate in every corner of the globe. As midnight strikes on New Year’s Eve, his ‘Auld Lang Syne’ rings out. Echoed, on the 25th of January, with the exuberant toasting of countless Burns Suppers.
From much-loved treasures to lesser-known poems, songs and letters crafted in celebration of romance, the shifting seasons and our shared humanity, Burns for Every Week of the Year offers a weekly glimpse into the wit and insight of Robert Burns.
This unique diary, thoughtfully curated by Pauline Mackay, will inspire, invigorate and amuse as it accompanies you on your journey through the year.
