Riccardo Moratto is Professor at the Graduate Institute of Interpretation and Translation (GIIT), Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), AIIC member, member of Assointerpreti, expert member of the Translators Association of China (TAC), and member of numerous other associations. Professor Moratto is editor-in-chief of Interpreting Studies for Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press (外教社), general editor of Routledge Studies in East Asian Interpreting and Routledge Interdisciplinary and Transcultural Approaches to Chinese Literature. Lay Hoon Ang is Associate Professor at Universiti Putra Malaysia. She graduated from the University of Malaya, double-majored in Chinese studies and Malay studies. She earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Malaya and a Doctoral Degree from Xiamen University, China. Her research interests include applied linguistics, Chinese studies, and translation. She was a visiting professor at Fuzhou University, China, and a visiting scholar at Portland State University, United States of America. She is also an appointed visiting researcher at the Research Institute of National Cultural Development, Wuhan University, China.
