The RICS Manual of Estate Agency Law and Practice

This text includes comprehensive RICS guidance on law and best practice in commercial, rural and residential estate agency. It replaces previous RICS guidance on the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. The manual also introduces other useful sources for the estate agent, such as the ombudsman for estate agents scheme, and includes details of further training, a list of other relevant RICS material and a description of the new RICS/ISVA Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Service.
