She is also an NPQ facilitator for the National Institute of Teaching. Lisa has worked in a variety of educational settings, fulfilling roles including leadership and head of department. She is a prolific reader with a penchant for psychological thrillers. She has a four-year-old daughter, which means she knows every line from Frozen and can recite The Gruffalo with her eyes shut.
