Irini Kyriakou earned her PhD at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (2016). She teaches ancient Greek language and literature at the University of Cyprus (Adjunct Lecturer). She has published the monograph Généalogies épiques. Les fonctions de la parenté et les femmes ancêtres dans la poésie épique grecque archaïque (Walter de Gruyter, 2020). She is now preparing a commentary on the Hesiodic Melampodia (The Fragments of the Melampodia: Introduction, Text and Commentary, OUP). Jonathan L. Ready is Professor of Classical Studies at the University of Michigan. His most recent monograph is Immersion, Identification, and the Iliad (2023). Christos C. Tsagalis is Professor of Ancient Greek Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Member of the Academia Europaea. He is the author most recently of Early Greek Epic Fragments II: Kreophylos ad Peisandros (2022) and Early Greek Epic: Language, Interpretation, Performance (2023).
