Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia, and the author of over 350 papers, books and patents.Elza Khutsishvili, PhD, is a Scientist at the Ferdinand Tavadze Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science, Georgia, and Principal Investigator of Materials Research Institute at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia. She is the author of over 140 papers and two books.Georgy Kekelidze is Executive Director of the non-profit organization “International innovative technologies”. He is the author of over 30 articles, as well as a book.Tengiz Qamushadze, PhD, is the Head of Laboratory of Semiconductor Materials Science at Ferdinand Tavadze Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science, Georgia. He is the author of over 60 articles and one book.
