Claus Dieter Ehlermann is Professor of Law at the European University Institute in Florence, Senior Counsel to Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP in Brussels, and a former member of the Appellate Body of the WTO. Isabela Atanasiu is Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre of the European University Institute in Florence.
