He writes for BBC Wildlife Magazine and The Guardian, and appears regularly on radio and TV, including BBC Radio 4's The Living World. He has also chaired live science events at festivals, including Edinburgh International Science Festival and Cheltenham Science Festival. He lives in Northamptonshire, UK.
