This CD contains the contents of "Principles and Practice of Infectious Diseases", as well as all the available Medline abstracts for the references cited in the book. Included are the Medline abstracts since 1990 from the key journals in the field. The CD features the ability to print or copy retrieved information, as well as highlighters, bookmarks and sticky notes to personalize the CD-ROM. Easy-to-use Folio VIEWS software is included that enables viewers to concentrate on the information, not the software. The hardware requirements are: Intel-compatible 80386 processor; 4 MB RAM; Microsoft Windows 3.1; hard drive containing 5 MB of free space; and CD-ROM drive with Microsoft CD-ROM extensions.
