Ingersoll and G. Eric Matson (the original photographs were color-tinted, and copyrighted by Ingersoll in 1904).
Saul S. Friedman is Associate Professor of History at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. He is the author of Amcha: An Oral Testament of the Holocaust (UPA, 1979).
