Stedman's Plus Version 4.0

Over 343,000 medical and pharmaceutical terms for total spell-checking are included in this software package. It contains many new terms in orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, pathology/lab medicine, obstetrics/gynaecology, and radiology - plus recent terminology related to genetics, statistics and epidemiology. New medical terms, names of the latest instruments, equipment, devices and procedures, and updated and generic drug names. The software has the following features: drug capitalization check which flags any generic drug names which appear capitalized in text or trade names which appear in lower case and corrects both ways; chaining dictionary which provides the ability to chain several dictionaries; and user preferences.
