Tolley's Social Security and State Benefits

This work has been completely updated to take account of all important developments in the law and includes the changes brought about by the most recent Social Security legislation and case law. It examines 80 types of benefit and assistance, and refers to relevant legislation throughout. Rates are highlighted on tinted panels for quick and easy reference, and a list of key points precedes the explanation of all major benefits. There are new contributions from employers relating to car fuel introduced by the Social Security Act 1991, plus a chapter on the reduced statutory sick pay recoupment rights under the Statutory Sick Pay Act 1991.
