Eric Beaumard is one of the world’s most renowned sommeliers and the recipient of many prizes, including Europe’s Best Sommelier in 1994. He was elected Sommelier of the Year in 2003 by Le Chef magazine. He is currently Sommelier-in-Chief and Director of the Michelin-rated restaurant Le Cinq at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris and oversees the cellars of all European Four Seasons establishments.
